The Wedding Venue
The glorious ballroom which we believe to be one of a kind in the region and the more intimate Windsor and Imperial Suites offer a fantastic choice for our bespoke Wedding and Event capabilities. All are beautifully decorated and offer integral bar facilities and air conditioning.
Our design team will personally over see that any item you wish for is created to your choice. Their personal attention and experience is a priceless addition to the already luxurious facilities at the Allesley Hotel.

At the Allesley Hotel we know how important your special day is and that's why we ensure that our staff are fully trained to assist and guide you through the planning of your day.
We pride ourselves on being able to tailor your event to suit your personal requirements and budget. We have a range of function rooms suitable for all wedding party sizes from 10 to 1,000, lawns and balconies for photographs, a peaceful village location and free on site parking for up to 500 cars.
With 15 function suites The Allesley Hotel can cater for events large or small. The Crystale Ballroom can accommodate up to 1,000 guests and has a permanent stage ideal for Mandap or Mehendi settings. The suite has windows stretching 30 ft from floor to ceiling providing lots of natural daylight with french doors leading onto the terrace overlooking the gardens - ideal for photo opportunities. There is also a private foyer and bar.
Overnight accommodation is provided for the Bride & Groom without compliments and special room rates are available for your guests.
Once you have chosen your function room and a date, a provisional booking can be made with us either in person or by telephone. We do not ask that should you decide not confirm your booking that, out of courtesy, please let us know.
In order to secure you reservation the completed booking form, duly signed together with a non refundable deposit fo 50% is required and should be received by the hotel prior to the expiry date of your provisional booking. Upon receipt of these the hotel will issue a confirmation of your booking.
